The ShayFit Core Healing Box blends core exercise and gua sha therapy. The ShayFit Pilates Ball activates deep core muscles and improves stability. The wooden Miel Body Gua Sha, paired with Miel Healing Balm as the perfect slip, helps release fascia, stimulate circulation, and melt away tension while deeply nourishing your skin.

PILATES BALL

  • For Core Strength: Place it behind your lower back during sit-ups or crunches to engage deep core muscles.
  • For Stability: Squeeze it gently between your thighs or knees during bridges or squats to wake up stabilizing muscles.
  • For Posture: Sit tall on a chair with the ball between your back and the chair, practicing gentle presses to improve alignment.
  • For Stretching: Use it under your upper back or hips to open the chest and release tension.

GUA SHA

  • Smooth a generous layer of Miel Healing Balm onto clean skin. This creates the perfect slip so the gua sha glides comfortably.
  • Grip the wooden gua sha at a slight angle (about 30–45°) against your skin.
  • Using gentle, steady pressure, sweep the gua sha in upward or outward strokes along the body, legs, arms, back, or abdomen.
  • Note: Always move in one direction, not back and forth, to support circulation and lymphatic flow.
