Please make sure you've entered in your correct shipping address. Miel Healing is not responsible for re-routing packages or lost packages sent to an incorrect address.

Once a package is shipped you will receive an automated email with your tracking information from Shopify & the shipping carrier. For all order updates and tracking you will need to contact your shipping carrier with your tracking information.
